A note from our CEO: Tommy Courtney:
Let me first start by saying that I hope you are all keeping safe and well amidst these very uncertain times that we find ourselves in. The only thing I can really say is I hope that the Covid-19 virus is a once in a lifetime experience for us all. The main thing for now is to make sure that you, your family and your friends, stay fit and healthy, and fingers crossed if we stick to the social distancing guidelines the virus will pass through as quickly as possible. Everything else is secondary to our health at the moment.
With that in mind, I hope it is ok if I share the below business update with you, as we are trying our best to continue on with normal work life as best as possible:
Over the last number of months we have been in talks with a with a really exciting UK based Artificial Intelligence Home Search company called Perch Peek regarding a potential merger, and as of today I am delighted to announce that Perch Peek have officially acquired PRELO.
Just as a bit more background; Perchpeek uses AI to guide relocating employees through their entire rental journey from Search right through to Settling-In to their new home.
Perch Peek have a brilliant app that allows employees to search (along with their PRELO nee Perch Peek relocation manager), through every single property on the market, schedule viewing tours online, and receive unlimited support throughout their move. Everything from area discovery, right through to reviewing and negotiating tenant leases is catered for.
This is a really exciting time for us as at PRELO. From day one we have been hugely impressed by the technology that Perch Peek have built up to now, and more importantly, the vision the Perch Peek leadership team have for the future, which we are really looking forward to playing a big part in.
From a personal point of view I just want to take a moment to thank all the friends, family, clients, partners and colleagues who have had to put up with me during some very tricky times throughout the PRELO journey, and just want to say thank you all for the guidance and help that you have provided me, I genuinely am so grateful.
Again just to re-emphasize, we know this a really difficult time for so many people so we hope you don’t mind us sharing this news with you. The most important thing now is for you to look after yourself, and your families, and I hope we all keep safe and well during this really uncertain time, and fingers crossed we get through this as relatively unscathed as possible.
Take care and best wishes,
Tommy Courtney – Founder/CEO PRELO
